How good is the quality of the bracelets?
For our bracelets we only use high quality materials like stainless steel or sterling silver. We use only the best plating technique for our gold bracelets and choose only high quality shiny Cubic zirconia stones for our iced out bracelets.
Our goal is to make bracelets that last a lifetime!
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes we ship worldwide for free.
When will my order be delivered?
In Germany it takes 1-3 working days, in the USA 4-7 days, in the EU 4-7 working days and the rest of the world 5-12 working days. We also offer Express shipping for faster deliveries.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, SOFORT and Klarna.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when the items are shipped.

How can I return a product?
We will gladly return or exchange your product within 14 days. The product must be unused and in the same conditions and also in the original packaging. Please email us at info@emilsjewellery.com and include your order number.
When will I get the refund?
After we received and proofed the returned products it will take around 3-5 days until you get your refund. The refund will be made with the same payment option you used.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
The customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes if you have to pay them.
